Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Kelly Services is proud to support a leader in the thermoforming industry specializing in reusable plastic packaging. We are looking for hard-working and motivated Machine Operators to join the team in Auburn Hills. Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 3:30pm 2:00am Possible Overtime: Fridays & Saturdays Temp-to-Hire opportunity Work Environment: This is a fast-paced production environment where temperatures can reach extreme heat. Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods (up to 10 hours) and working in hot conditions. What You'll Do: Operate machinery using established procedures Use air and hand tools (routers, drills, scrapers, de-burring tools, etc.) Load and unload equipment and materials Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow safety and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations or a related field Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing/walking for 810 hours/day Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation If you are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a challenging but rewarding setting, apply today!
