Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits program, including: $200 Referral Bonus Tuition Reimbursement 7 paid Holidays 80 hours of Vacation after 1 year of employment Affordable medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending plans available after 60 days Free Employee Assistance Program Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Matching 401K after 90 days Employee Meal Discounts Free Bus Pass Ongoing learning and development opportunities Opportunities for advancement—most supervisors and managers are promoted from within Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties: Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the F&B Department Assist in FOH operations as needed, including hosting, serving, bussing, bartending side work, expediting, requisitioning, and other tasks assigned by FOH leadership Partner with the restaurant GM to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties in accordance with company policies Ensure staff are knowledgeable about outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies, as well as local area and events Maintain an active presence in the restaurant and event spaces—lead daily line-ups, conduct departmental meetings, perform operational walk-throughs, and coordinate REO meetings Manage all inventories, including food, liquor, beer, wine, furniture, accessories, supplies, equipment, and tools, maintaining detailed records of quantities, costs, and quality levels Utilize labor effectively to meet budget goals while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness; schedule staff according to anticipated business needs Supervise front-of-the-house staff, providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation Handle hiring, training, performance appraisals, discipline, and conflict resolution for staff Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness, proper uniforms, health regulations, and appearance standards Follow company procedures and regulations accurately in all front-of-the-house operations Participate in staff training on wines, spirits, cocktails, and upscale beverage service Promote from-scratch food offerings, signature cocktails, and elevated service standards Collaborate with the Restaurant Executive Chef to develop and execute private events in the private dining room, lounge, and restaurant space Support brand promotion within the local community through word-of-mouth and event participation Train staff on delivering exceptional customer service in an upscale environment Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, InfoGenesis, and RedRocks Skills, Education, and Other Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience Experience in upscale, buffet, bar, and restaurant settings Must be at least 21 years old Excellent communication skills in conversational English Prior cash handling experience Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card Valid Nevada Gaming Registration Valid identification establishing identity and right to work in the US
