Join Our Team as a Complimentary AM Attendant (Breakfast Attendant). The role focuses on ensuring guests have a great breakfast experience by multitasking, maintaining cleanliness, staying proactive, and delivering quality hospitality in line with hotel standards. Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality:
Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, greet guests, and respond to inquiries about hotel services, breakfast offerings, and local area attractions. Food & Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty beverages (including coffee and tea), and maintain high food safety and sanitation standards. Efficiency & Organization:
Keep service areas clean, well-stocked, and set up according to brand standards; promptly clear tables and refresh buffet stations. Problem Solving:
Proactively address guest needs and evaluate solutions for special requests or issues. Teamwork & Collaboration:
Support other team members, assist in dishwashing, replenish food items, and keep kitchen and service areas tidy; engage with guests and colleagues professionally. Cash Handling & POS:
Perform basic cashiering duties such as closing checks, processing payments, and maintaining transaction records as needed. Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (20-50 lbs.), bend, reach, and move throughout the shift; handle stressful situations calmly. Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus. Benefits
