We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Corporate Mail Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries while supporting general office and facilities tasks. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail, apply postage, arrange courier services, and track shipments. Ensure timely and secure delivery of mail, interoffice items, and confidential documents. Operate postage meters, labelers, and shipping software. Maintain mailing and shipping supplies (envelopes, boxes, postage). Assist with special deliveries, bulk mailings, and office supply distribution. Provide support for facilities and workplace tasks such as conference room setups, workstation moves, recycling, and maintaining common areas. Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and handle high volumes of mail. Proficient in basic computer use (email, spreadsheets, mail-tracking software). Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with staff, vendors, and carriers. Physical ability to lift/move packages (up to 50 lbs.) and walk/stand throughout the day. Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Valid drivers license. Previous mailroom, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, postage machines). Workplace Expectations

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented. Professional demeanor suitable for a corporate office environment.
