Staffing And Security Specialist

Manage and track all personnel staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and security clearance activities. Coordinate with program leaders to identify hiring needs and connect with teammate Points of Contact (POCs), People Services, and other company and program resources to identify qualified candidates. Liaison with program leaders to slate internal and external candidates and teammates to ensure staffing and security actions are executed in a timely, compliant, and mission-focused manner. Coordinate personnel onboarding and offboarding to and from the program. Verify security clearances, track expiration dates, and maintain compliance with government and contract regulations. Schedule personnel indoctrinations, badging, and CAC issuance or return. Provide staffing and security metrics to leadership and update SOPs. Basic Qualifications: Experience with data entry and database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and metrics reporting Experience supporting staff interviews, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding Experience as a DoD personnel security specialist Knowledge of security and risk concepts Knowledge of personnel security databases and DoD clearance processes Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs Experience with program or project management Experience with classified handling, marking and safeguarding, access control, or personnel and physical security procedures Knowledge of classified data transfers Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Possession of excellent organizational, task, and time management skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
