Pay Rate: Negotiable based on Experience We are seeking two dedicated Aircraft Quality Control Inspectors to join our repair station in Georgetown, DE. The role involves working on BBJ 737 Aircraft and requires experience with return to service paperwork. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft to ensure compliance with quality and airworthiness standards. Complete and manage return to service paperwork accurately. Utilize inspection aides, test equipment, and techniques to determine the quality and airworthiness of aircraft. Provide training and guidance to inspection staff as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify and solve inspection-related problems. Essential Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Repair Station as a QC Inspector. Experience in returning aircraft to service. Proficiency in using inspection aides, test equipment, and techniques. Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Willingness to work extended hours when necessary. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with a variety of aircraft types, including Boeing and Airbus models. Familiarity with FAA Form 337 and airworthiness requirements. Enjoy working in a temperature-controlled hangar with opportunities for occasional overtime and per diem benefits. The first shift offers a balanced work schedule. The position operates within a hangar and outdoor environment with both 1st and 2nd shift schedules available. The primary hours are Monday-Friday, with shifts from 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm. Flexibility to work both shifts is required. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, Delaware. The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
