TANA is a new fine dining Italian concept from award winning chef Michael Gulotta. We are looking for AM and PM line cooks to join our talented team. 


Job Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale casual restaurant
  • reliable transportation
  • legally allowed to work in the United States
  • solid knife skills
Job Responsiblities:

  • work cleanly and efficiently through the days tasks
  • accurately prepare recipes, prep ingredients & assemble mise en place in a timely manner
  • prepare and plate dishes consistently according to chef specs 
  • maintain a clean and organized station throughout service 
  • communicate with coworkers and managers concisely, clearly and professionally 
  • uphold our high standards of service, quality and professionalism in all tasks.
  • properly maintain ingredients and prepped items for food service
  • properly store and label food items
  • break down, clean and close your station and the kitchen. We leave together.
