Borgo, a celebrated Mediterranean trattoria from The Marlow Collective, is seeking a Floor Manager. We are looking for candidates with open availability for a full time position.

- Partner with management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to meet budgeted sales and labor costs; monitor productivity and manage timekeeping.
- Lead and support the FOH team, ensuring high service standards through training, mentorship, and performance management.
- Manage inventory and ordering for bar essentials, paper goods, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Help develop systems that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and support team development.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability.
- Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and business planning sessions.
- Have 1 year of progressive hospitality experience and a commitment to deepening that knowledge base
- Be oriented towards detail, care, and collaboration
- Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and
- Be able to self-manage as well as be managed
- A demonstrably positive and friendly demeanor
- A natural inclination towards leadership and team-oriented skills
