As Chef de Cuisine , you will oversee kitchen operations, staff management, and menu execution. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, financial discipline, and a strong, positive kitchen culture.
The Chef de Cuisine leads all back-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and execution. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in kitchen management, team development, and cost control while maintaining the restaurant’s culinary vision.
- Develop and execute seasonal, ingredient-driven menus in collaboration with the Owner / Executive Chef.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all dishes, techniques, and plating.
- Lead service execution, ensuring that food is delivered promptly, correctly, and at the highest standard.
- Implement and refine mise en place, prep, and kitchen organization systems for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee and refine recipe documentation, portion control, and plate presentation to maintain consistency.
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions and pre-shift meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined kitchen environment that supports excellence.
