We are seeking a highly experienced, creative, and driven Lead Pastry Chef to lead and manage our pastry department. This is a high-level role ideal for someone who is passionate about pastry arts and ready to take full ownership of the program in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

At this time, we are looking for a leader who can be flexible, full-time and present during this important period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the pastry department, including menu development, production, plating, and presentation.
  • Develop and execute an innovative dessert menu that aligns with the overall culinary direction.

  • Produce high-quality breads for daily service, ensuring consistency and excellence.

  • Prepare amuse-bouche and specialty items as part of tasting menus.

  • Train, mentor, and manage pastry staff and ensure proper kitchen procedures are followed.

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and FOH team to ensure smooth service and execution.

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for pastry-related items.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+  years experience in a high-end pastry or fine-dining environment.

  • Formal training from a culinary or pastry institute is preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, bread baking, plated desserts, and modern presentation.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.

  • Passion for creativity, detail, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
