RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow directives given by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
- Maintain a clean work station at all times
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food is properly plated and maintained at Reserve Cut standards
- Ensure quality of food is consistent for every dish
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurant
1+ years of Steakhouse experience required
- Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
- Team-player
- Strong communication
COMPENSATION : $19.00 - $21.00/ hour depending on experience
