We are looking for an experienced, dedicated line cook to join this unique project who will become an integral part of its success. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a Michelin starred restaurant and self-motivated leadership skills.

This is a tipped position and service is guest facing at a chefs tasting counter.

In addition to a solid foundation of culinary skills and strong work ethic, applicants must:

  • be comfortable interacting and conversing with guests in a respectful and professional manner.
  • have full time availability.
  • adhere to strict grooming and cleanliness standards. 
Base pay plus tips. Tips range 300 - 800 weekly. 

The adjusted hourly wage will range from 17-40$/hr depending on standing in the tip pool
