Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping). Required: Functional implementation experience with at least 1 complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. 2+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management/Treasury, Fixed Asset Management (FA/AM), Project Costing (PC), or Grants Management (GM). Proven experience in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing as-is and to-be business processes, facilitating conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on the nature of the work and the clients and industries/sectors served. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Bachelors degree. Preferred: Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
