Job Purpose

The Service Designer will play a key role in shaping end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touch points. Working at the systems level, you will uncover user needs, map service ecosystems, and design solutions that align customer interactions with internal processes. This role requires strong design thinking, empathy, and strategic insight to ensure services are both intuitive for users and efficient for organizations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth user research to uncover challenges, needs, and opportunities across the service journey. Create and maintain service blueprints and journey maps to visualize interactions, workflows, and supporting systems. Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to co-create and validate service solutions. Design and test service prototypes, including digital interfaces, employee workflows, and physical touchpoints. Advocate for user-centered design principles and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Partner with UX designers to ensure digital product experiences fit seamlessly within broader service ecosystems. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in service design, UX, or design strategy. Demonstrated ability to design complex, multi-channel service ecosystems. Strong portfolio highlighting expertise in service design methods such as journey mapping, blueprinting, and user research. Skilled facilitator with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, or Miro. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred). Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
