Job Summary We are seeking a Data Engineer specializing in Salesforce Data Models to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) Salesforce data into our Customer Data Platform (CDP) while ensuring seamless integration with our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for reporting continuity. This role requires expertise in Salesforce data structures, API integrations, and ETL workflows, along with a deep understanding of data quality, automation, and optimization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to extract data from Salesforce and load it into the CDP and EDW for business reporting. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce data with other enterprise data sources, aligning with existing data models and governance standards. Monitor, validate, and enforce data quality, consistency, and integrity across the entire data lifecycle. Implement data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes to enhance reliability. Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows. Work closely with data analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Partner with Salesforce administrators and IT teams to align data architecture with evolving business requirements. Monitor pipeline performance, proactively identify issues, and resolve data-related challenges to ensure uninterrupted data flow. Required Qualifications 5 - 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystems. Expertise in Salesforce data structures, API integrations (c/SOAP), and CRM workflows. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. Experience with ETL tools, Salesforce Data Loader, and automation frameworks. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data integration best practices.
