Beaumont, Texas
Facilities:
Main Hospital Setting
– Larger, higher-acuity facility with complex cases.
OB covered by dedicated team; cardiac anesthesia handled by dedicated cardiac anesthesiologists.
Outpatient Pavilion
– ASC environment with high volumes in Pain, ENT, Urology, and GYN.
West Campus
– ASC focused on Endoscopy and Orthopedics.
Start Date:
September 29, 2025 – Ongoing
Shift Structure:
Hospital:
8-hour day shifts, weekday call (3p–7a), weekend call (7a–7a)
Outpatient Sites:
Mon–Fri, 7a–5p
Staffing Model:
Supervision, typically 1 MD : 4 CRNAs
Case Mix / Clinical Scope
General Anesthesia (bread & butter)
ENT, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics, Endoscopy
Pain procedures (ASC)
Complex inpatient cases (hospital-based, excluding OB & CV)
No OB or CV case coverage required
Candidate Requirements
Board Certification:
ABA or AOBA required
Licensure:
Active Texas license or willingness to obtain
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS (PALS preferred)
Experience:
3+ years preferred; comfortable supervising CRNAs
Skills:
Broad-based anesthesia competency across general, ASC, and inpatient settings
