About The Position We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Florida, starting on Oct 6, 2025. The role involves working alternating 12-hour shifts from 7a-7p and 7p-7a in a Trauma Center, handling mainly vertical 3 patients such as those with abdominal or chest pain. Responsibilities and Duties Provide urgent care for patients presenting with a spectrum of conditions from mild to moderate acuity, including abdominal and chest pain. Operate within a Trauma Center equipped to stabilize and treat critical conditions. Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical care. Ensure patient safety and adhere to facility protocols and standards.
Additional Information Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required. Minimum three years experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or eligibility for board certification in Emergency Medicine post-residency. Must hold a valid medical license for the state of Florida.
