Summary: The Human Resources & Administration Coordinator assists the Human Resources team with administrative support related to talent acquisition, records management, compliance, and labor relations, and provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. The position also services as a representative for CAPTEK, as the first contact for visitors and vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintains accurate employee records, personnel files, and updates Dayforce (HR information system)

· Provides Dayforce support to employees with password resets, forms and acknowledgements

· Assists the Recruiting Specialist with recruitment efforts for non-exempt personnel and temporary employees

· Supports the Recruiting Specialist with new hire onboarding

· Responsible for issuing and deactivating ID access badges

· Performs front desk tasks such as welcoming visitors and vendors, informing the appropriate contact person for arrival, maintaining the visitor log, answering phone calls and handling mail

· Assists the CEO with tasks such as coordinating meetings, handling catering, booking conference rooms, and preparing expense reports as requested

· Contributes improvements to processes and procedures continually to meet the needs of the organization

· Performs other related tasks or special projects as assigned by the HR Department or CEO.

Work Experience/Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple products and projects.

· Proven problem-solving skills are a must.

· Exhibits professional communication via phone, e-mail, and USPS mail

· Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferred

Education/Experience:

· Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school is preferred.

· 1 year of human resources administrative experience
