Command Robbinsville is seeking an

Industrial Maintenance Manager

to oversee all maintenance operations within the 230,000 sq ft printing facility, including the repair, preventive maintenance, and reliability of printing presses, bindery equipment, and building systems. This role manages a team of technicians, coordinates maintenance schedules, ensures compliance with safety standards, and drives continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maximize productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operation of printing presses, bindery equipment, and facility systems. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, and high-speed production machinery. Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime and support efficient scheduling. Manage parts inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor work. Implement maintenance best practices, including CMMS tracking, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and manage the maintenance budget while driving reliability and cost efficiency. 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role (within a printing facility, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment). ~ Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. ~ Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and high-speed production equipment. ~ Strong organizational and project management abilities. ~ Familiarity with CMMS systems, NEC, OSHA, and industrial safety standards. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with flexibility for overtime or on-call support.
