Grounds Person/Porter
to join their team. The position consists of grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance at the property along with various other duties.

Rate:
Starting at $18 per hour depending on experience.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Remove trash and debris from common areas and grounds. Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow/ice management. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor. Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members. May assist with light exterior maintenance tasks as needed.
