What You’ll Do
- Lead cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for ground-up construction projects
- Oversee the bid process from document review through subcontractor/vendor coordination and proposal evaluation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align scope, schedule, and value engineering
- Maintain accurate historical cost data and estimating documentation
- Mentor junior estimating staff and contribute to team development
What You Bring
- Proven experience in ground-up construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage Estimating, and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
