The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of Massachusetts land development experience including state and local design, permitting and construction administrative and project team leadership experience. You will lead the civil technical team on a day-to-day basis ensuring high quality plans, application, and report production. Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple deadlines and task assignments comfortably and efficiently for self and civil team. Responsibilities
Licensed P.E. in Massachusetts Develop technical calculations, engineering reports, and construction documentation. Assist with local, state, and federal permitting processes. Conduct field visits, inspections, and measurements as needed. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success. Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently. Qualifications
Driver’s License (Required) Proven knowledge of AutoCAD & Civil 3D. Carlson is a plus BS or higher in Civil Engineering awarded by accredited institution or comparable experience 15+ years of experience in a Civil Engineer technical and managerial role. Direct experience in civil/site design, land planning, and permitting experience for diverse project types. Project management experience & ability to present both in house and at Municipal hearings and meetings. What We Offer
