Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are seeking a Regional Technical Services Representative, in this role you will provide technical assistance, training, product claim investigations, and sales support within an assigned sales region. This is a hands-on role requiring direct engagement with customers in varied technical and professional environments.

Visit large job-sites for the purpose of trouble shooting, recommendations, or training. Analyze and process product claims. Submit job-site reports, pictures and videos to include the topics discussed, recommendations, and follow-up needed. Assist the Technical Services Department/R&D with field trials; perform competitive analysis and special projects. Create/conduct training sessions; assist in specific product training on jobsites; create and conduct training seminars of product education to promote sales Conduct architectural presentations; write technical correspondence / specifications and field technical inquires by phone. Make technical recommendations and/or assist/write proprietary specifications. Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations to maintain a current understanding of the industry and assess how MAPEI can stay ahead in the industry. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions. Other duties as assigned. Benefits Details

2+ years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent training. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Familiarity with MAPEI products is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform light construction tasks. Valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record required. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
