ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
- Prepare estimates and budgets as needed
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Identify and resolve project issues with creative problem-solving
- Ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders
- Manage and support on-site superintendents
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee project financials and reporting
- Participate in pre-construction services in collaboration with internal teams
- Support and enforce the company’s safety program and standards
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience with retail, hospitality, office, and industrial projects preferred
- Experience managing projects valued at $8 million or more strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
