About the opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial interiors, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage all phases of interior construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address delays or issues.
- Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to plans/specifications, and safety compliance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and other support staff.
- Monitor project financials, including forecasting, billing, and cost tracking, in collaboration with accounting.
- Foster positive client relationships and uphold C. Erickson & Sons’ reputation for professionalism and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, estimating, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Salary $150,000-$170,000 commensurate with experience and benefits package, including:
