The
Receptionist
is responsible for handling the flow of people through business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required Follows company safety procedures and policies Job Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups Previous Front Desk experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Able to establish rapport and build relationships with customers Demonstrate sufficient computer literacy Possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards Compensation includes:
