Overview:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Must have an outgoing personality and be able to generate new business. Greet and interact with guests in the casino in a courteous and professional manner. Must have a thorough understanding of the Players Club benefits. Make reservations for guests for hotel, food and other resort services according to established guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking system, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information. Maintain integrity of database by following precise standards of data entry. Ensure the protection of customers rewards and credit lines. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous commission, customer service, telemarketing or retail sales experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated successful performance in a guest service role in a high volume public environment.

: Must have solid planning, time management, decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals. Proficient in computer systems including MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to work occasional overtime and irregular hours.
