We are seeking an experienced

Client Service Representative (CSR)

with at least

2 year of experience in veterinary medicine

(General Practice or Emergency). The CSR plays a key role in client communication, scheduling, financial transactions, and supporting our clinical team by ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms. Schedule appointments efficiently, including new client and follow-up visits. Accurately process payments, deposits, and medical records requests. Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to maintain smooth daily workflow. Assist with client education and provide compassionate service in sensitive situations. Qualifications Minimum

2 year of experience in a veterinary setting

(GP or ER required). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle fast-paced, emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism. Preferred but not required:

Knowledge of Impromed practice management system. Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
