Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, change order management, billings, pay applications to Clients, keeping track of project timelines, schedule updates, subcontractor relationships, subcontractor agreement drafting and execution, invoice management, supporting Field Team, and all other project-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills including Procore or Project Sight
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in construction project management is preferred
• Familiarity with industry software and tools
