This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Indianapolis, IN. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include project planning, expediting materials, conducting inspections, managing logistics, and problem-solving any project issues that may arise.

• Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, oversee, and complete projects
• Expeditor skills and experience in Expediting materials and resources
• Inspection skills to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Logistics Management skills for effective coordination of project components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
• Relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is beneficial
