For over 60 years, they have specialized in heavy industrial metal roofing and siding systems, insulated metal panels, pre-engineered metal buildings, fiberglass panels, and retrofit roofing systems.

Position Summary

The Project Manager / Estimator plays a critical role in the planning, execution, and

financial success of industrial projects. This position combines strong technical

knowledge with leadership, cost control, and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal

candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with metal roofing and siding, and able to

manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of

safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Perform material quantity take-offs, solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing, and prepare procurement requisitions.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate cost estimates, proposals, and bid packages, including clarifications and qualifications.
• Coordinate with field leadership to develop project schedules, manpower plans, and equipment needs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and foster strong relationships.
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve margin goals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and project coordination meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management and estimating experience in metal roofing, siding, and/or pre-engineered metal building construction.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management and estimating software is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and control costs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
