SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of brands and marketing materials in support of the business operations of Kraft Sports + Entertainment (KSE) whose member companies include the New England Patriots, Gillette Stadium, and the New England Revolution. This role will function as a member of the Creative Services team and is charged with conceptualizing, designing, and delivering graphic designs and high-impact visual content that supports marketing campaigns, fan engagement initiatives, and digital media efforts across all KSE brands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create original design solutions across print, digital, and social platforms. Serve as the primary graphic designer for a variety of collateral including sales materials, signage, large format graphics, and social-digital assets (web, email, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.), infographics, logos, photo treatments, social templates, and commercial tags. Collaborate with the Creative Services team to evolve and maintain brand identity, contributing to the d development of future brand styles. Partner with producers, marketers, and other creatives to brainstorm, present, and execute design concepts that align with business objectives. Produce graphic content in a variety of styles and techniques, while working within the appropriate brand/style guidelines. Support graphic design of digital advertising, videoboard/LED displays, and broadcast applications as assigned. Review and refine graphics to ensure accuracy and quality align with business objectives. Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance marketing and content performance that resonate with target audiences. Contribute content to the Patriots Annual Brand Guide and other brand documentation. Assist the Patriots content team on game days with in-game social graphics and photo editing. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of professional design experience; sports creative design background preferred but not required. Strong foundational knowledge of design principles including layout, color theory, typography, composition, and package design. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Motion graphics experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Receptive to feedback and able to adapt designs based on input and changing priorities. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
