Start Date: March 17, 2025 Pay rate is $20.00/hour Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM The position will be fully ONSITE. Paid training is a minimum of 8 weeks. Job Duties: Research and respond to telephone inquires Resolving pending claims in a timely manner Processing adjustments Utilizing multiple applications simultaneously Sitting at a cubicle for extended periods of time Job Specific Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Computer proficiency a must! Be able to navigate between multiple programs simultaneously Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment Detail oriented with strong Interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills Independent decision-making skills Adapts well to change Member-focused and highly engaged Ability to meet and/or exceed performance expectations for quality and production Ability to sit for long periods of time What happens next?
