Emergency Service Team

weekend evening shifts .
At CASE, we're proud to provide advanced specialty medicine-including internal medicine, surgery, and 24-hour emergency and critical care-supported by an exceptional team of doctors, technicians, assistants, and client service professionals.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct phone calls promptly while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Support clients with appointment details, account updates, and general questions Assist in resolving client concerns with empathy and efficiency Partner closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care and communication Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
required Veterinary experience strongly preferred Availability for
rotating weekend evening shifts Strong communication skills-both written and verbal Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations Comfortable sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs Benefits
