What you can expect to do as a Credit Clerk:
Account Receivables (post payments, process debits & credit, etc....) Process credit card payments Process electronic checks Work closely with Banks (Wires/ACH's) Help with yearly audits (accounting) Update and maintain current customers credit files. Process and track new credit applications (pull D&B's & obtain references) Resolve Collection issues by examining customer payment history, credit line and coordinate contact. Communicate with credit analyst on releasing customer credit holds. Administrative duties. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Punctuality and regularity of attendance are a requirement. What we are looking for in Credit Clerk:
High School Degree or equivalent, College degree is a plus Previous Account Receivable, Credit and Collection experience Ability to pay great attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Basic accounting techniques. Strong Computer and financial software skills IE: Microsoft office/data entry Customer service experience. Why IP Corporation?
