Overall Responsibilities
- Prepares design and construction documents and assists in architectural project solving
- Develop and maintain BIM models, design documentation, and coordinate project deliverables throughout all phases.
- Produce sketches, 3D renderings, and animations using various design software.
- Assist with architectural assignments and collaborate on designs provided by others.
- Analyze building and spatial concepts in both 2D and 3D, translating them into comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, and perspective views.
- Contribute to the technical design process, detailed design development, project coordination, and quality assurance at every stage.
- Prepare precise and fully coordinated construction documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy during all project phases.
- Support the development and implementation of architectural graphic standards for the team.
- Participate in internal meetings to coordinate design specifications and ensure alignment with project drawings.
- Take on additional related duties as assigned, contributing to project and studio success.
- Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience
- Acute healthcare experience preferred, but not required; candidates with DSA or life sciences backgrounds will also be considered
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under own initiative
- Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines
- Excellent visual, verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of architectural graphic standards
- Exceptional Revit and CAD skills
