Position Overview

Role: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience. This role provides guidance to management and employees on employee relations, policies, programs, compensation, employment law, and compliance. The HRBP helps foster a workplace culture that values employee talents and contributions, while serving as an advocate for staff. The HRBP supports Accanto Health’s mission to deliver personalized care for individuals facing eating disorders.

Schedule

  • Full Time, benefits eligible, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
  • Monday-Friday, during core business hours. Services are rendered in Pacific Time.

Location

  • The position requires residence within commuting distance to 1700 Westlake Ave N #700, Seattle, WA 98109
  • Hybrid role; on-site 3 days/week
  • Quarterly travel to other regional sites in Seattle, Lacey, & Spokane, WA

Compensation

Starting salary between $95,000–$110,000 annually.

Final compensation offered will be within the pay range based on qualifications/experience for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and consultative support to leaders on diverse and complex issues based on knowledge of Accanto policies and federal and state regulations.
  • Create and conduct high-quality training on HR topics for leaders and employees.
  • Coach and guide management on performance management, including reviews, discussions, corrective action, improvements, development plans, and succession planning in alignment with organizational values.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with site leadership to understand needs and proactively deliver solutions; regular meetings and onsite presence as needed.
  • Act as Co-Owner for regulatory audits, leading the HR team to ensure documentation is complete, attend and lead meetings, recap progress, and respond to audit questions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, required.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist or five years’ experience as a Human Resource Professional, required.
  • Professional HR Certification preferred.

Paid time off accrues annually and begins with your first full pay period. Eligible employees receive seven paid holidays and one floating holiday in addition to regular PTO.
