EPITEC is hiring: Business Analyst in Chicago

Business Analyst Location: Dearborn, MI 48120 Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite Pay Rate: Up to $61.13/hour, depending on experience and chosen benefits Role Overview This Business Analyst role will be part of a highly skilled team working on product features, development, and operation of a core customer data system. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize impactful product features. Responsibilities Create strong business partnerships for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs. Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and end-user tools to drive key business decisions using tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI. Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for improvement and technical efficiency using R, Python, SQL, and other modeling tools. Identify and implement enhancements to data analysis, interpretation, and visualization tools and methodologies. Design and implement new metrics and strategies to improve business KPIs, unify metrics, and increase end-user adoption. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance. Qualifications Familiarity with GCP, JSON, APIs, and basic Python scripting Experience in automotive, ecommerce, or digital media environments Exposure to UAT coordination and partner credential management Experience with data privacy and process risk mitigation Skills Required GCP REST APIs JSON Project Documentation Technical Documentation UAT Skills Preferred GCP Cloud Run GitHub Dynatrace Tekton Experience Required: 5+ years in a relevant field Preferred: None Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
