Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to finalize solutions and documentation.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Analyze and gather business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Identify gaps in existing processes or systems and facilitate discussions to resolve them effectively.
- Leverage retail domain expertise to provide tailored solutions for large-scale engagements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Retail domain.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and identifying process gaps.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
