Our client, a leading organization supporting cloud and enterprise technology, is seeking a Business Analyst 4 to join their team. The person in this position will manage budgets for engineering subscription spend, using tools like PowerBI and Excel to track financial performance, monitor costs, and improve processes. It's a heads-down, analytical role with only a few hours of meetings per week, giving the candidate a chance to focus on data, dashboards, and process improvements. They'll also collaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement teams, so it's a mix of independent work and cross-functional interaction.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr
What's the Job?
- Support budget approvals for engineering subscription spend
- Review and document business processes for efficiency
- Approve project budgets and monitor expenditures against budgets
- Predict potential budget overruns and propose solutions
- Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to improve processes and document best practices
- 8-10 years of experience in budget management within enterprise technology
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI
- Experience with process improvements related to subscriptions and subscription spend
- Background in finance, business management, economics, or related fields (degree preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
