Personal Lines Account Manager
to join our independent agency. In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of personal insurance accounts, offer expert advice to clients, and ensure they receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing outstanding service and support to clients.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of personal lines, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance.
Assess clients' needs, recommend the best coverage options, and create customized quotes.
Assist clients with claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry, sharing valuable insights with clients.
Build long-lasting relationships by communicating regularly with clients and addressing their concerns proactively.
Qualifications
A background in customer service, with a focus on creating positive experiences.
P&C License is preferred, but we're open to training the right candidate.
Familiarity with major insurance carriers is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a personable approach for walk-ins and phone inquiries.
A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
The ability to work independently, while also knowing when to reach out for team collaboration and guidance.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Bonus Skills
Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
A willingness to pursue professional certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) and continue professional development.
