- Monday - Friday schedule with option for 4/10 hour shifts
- 24 - 26 patients per day with 30% no-show ratio
- Family practice treating patients ages 2 and up
- Focus on chronic conditions including COPD, diabetes, and endocrine disorders
- Walk-in acute care patients accepted
