About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 4-week locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity begins on Dec 8, 2025, and features day shifts Monday through Friday, with varying start and end times. The provider will deliver general primary care to employees and their dependents in a professional setting utilizing the Epic EMR platform. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of recent primary care experience and hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Department of Transportation (DOT), and DEA registration.

- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 7am-4pm (Dec 8-9 and Dec 11-12, 2025)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for employees and their dependents
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation using the Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and practice standards
Additional Information
- Minimum 3 years of recent primary care experience required
- Must hold active Wisconsin licensure and board certification in Family Medicine
- Current BLS, DOT, and DEA certifications required
- Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
