Opportunity Specifics
- Contract Type: Locum Tenens
- Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
- Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- Patient Flow: Mix of scheduled visits and walk-ins
- Volume: 50+ patients per day
- Staffing Model: 1 Provider on-site with MA support, rotating with another Provider
- Schedule: 8:00am - 8:00pm, 7 days per week
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Perform physical exams and review patient histories
- Order and interpret diagnostics (X-rays, labs, etc.)
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Counsel patients on preventive health and follow-up care
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly
- Active Oklahoma PA License & DEA
- Current Board Certification
- Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
- Competency in suturing
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
