• Weston - 630p-7a - Aug 30 - Sep 1 - Oct 15-16 - 11a-11p - Oct 31
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (FT) - Outreach to Stevens Point: 2 days/week required on T-W each week.
• Call Schedule: - 2 weeks/month & 1 week at a time (shared)
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Response Time: 30 mins
• Patient Volume: 10-20
• Support Staff: RNs, APPs, MAs & Office Staff
• Physician in Practice: 1 other dept oncologist.
• Mid-levels in Practice: 3 NPs in dept.
• Required Procedures: - Bone marrow biopsies & intrathecal chemo.
• Equipment: Intellidose TxM
• EMR: Cerner
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
• Other Info: Radiation oncology services available.
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WI License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE
• Fellowship
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
