• Other Info:
- Review admissions referrals with rehab liaison
- Patients transfer internally from directly upstairs from unit in the same building
- Referrals come from internal & external hospitals via case managers
- External referrals mostly from hospitals within 50 miles
- Occasionally longer distance referrals occur, usually from corrections
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
