Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care
- Work within a Trauma center environment
- Handle a broad spectrum of cases with a focus on acute trauma and emergency care
- Manage initial patient assessments, stabilization, and diagnostic processes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient treatment
- Document care in the Meditech EHR system
- Maintain high standards of care while managing multiple emergency cases
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Emergency Medicine
- Must be Board Certified in ABEM or AOBEM
- Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must hold a valid Kentucky medical license
