About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Radiologist for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio. The assignment begins on 11/03/2025 and involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with additional weeknight and weekend call responsibilities. The radiologist will be responsible for performing general community interventional radiology procedures, with a strong focus on biopsies and cancer-related imaging needs. This position is based in a hospital setting and offers a diverse schedule, including both day and night shifts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide range of radiological procedures and be able to adapt to varying schedules. There is a possibility for extension beyond the initial 30-day assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform general community interventional radiology procedures
• Conduct biopsies and cancer-related imaging studies
• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences
• Ensure timely reporting of diagnostic findings
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR system
• Provide on-call coverage for emergent radiological needs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines
• Stay current with the latest advancements in radiological techniques and technologies
