Stability Technology is hiring a Litigation Attorney focused on Employment Law for a legal firm in Los Angeles. Our legal client is focused on plaintiff's side labor and employment law. The firm consists of personable, published, and well-known trial attorneys and a group of extraordinary individuals who act as a cohesive team to achieve incredible results for its clients. The candidate would manage various types of employment cases including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment litigation matters. While the candidate would have significant autonomy in managing their cases, Blackstone Law believes in creating a collaborative environment and the candidate will be working closely with the managing partner and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible result for the clients. Responsibilities

Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions. Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice and strategies Drafting legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and briefs Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses Compensation is salary + commission/bonus Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment litigation Details
