Due to a very ambitious senior leadership team partnering with private equity, this past decade the company have experienced explosive growth, expanding from 1 local branch to 22 across the country while increasing their annual revenue from $12m to $300m!
What they do: For 50 years they have been operating in the commercial & industrial roofing industry across a variety of sectors that include manufacturing, healthcare, heavy industrial, airports, commercial buildings and higher education. They work 75% re-roofing and 25% service, successfully delivering small repairs to major re-roofing projects valued up to $8m.
What you will be doing Manage daily roofing activities to ensure timely project completion Lead, train, and manage roofing crews to maintain high productivity Enforce company safety regulations, and ensure proper safety protocols Inspect work, address issues, and maintain high-quality standards Serve as the main point of contact between the field and office
What you’ll need 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial roofing management Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems Excellent leadership and communication skills
